By booking, visiting, or buying from Black Cat Tattoo & Piercing ("Black Cat," "we"), you agree to these terms.

Age & ID
- Tattoos: 18+ with valid photo ID, as required by Oklahoma law.
- Ear piercing: ages 4 and up. Body piercing: 16+. Anyone under 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian, and both must show valid photo ID.

Deposits & Appointments
- Tattoo appointments require a $100 nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your final price.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows lose their deposit.
- Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, as availability allows.

Payment
- We accept cash and cards. Gift cards are sold in person.
- Promotional and flash pricing applies only as advertised and can't be combined with other offers.

Right to Refuse Service
We may decline or stop any service for safety, health, or professional reasons. This includes signs of intoxication, skin conditions in the area, or requests we're not comfortable doing.

Consent & Aftercare
You'll sign a consent form before every service. Following aftercare instructions is your responsibility. We aren't liable for problems caused by not following them.

Jewelry
Jewelry purchased from us includes a free jewelry change. For hygiene reasons, body jewelry can't be returned once it's been opened or worn.

Artwork & Photos
Custom designs and flash remain Black Cat's property. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media. Let your artist know if you'd rather we didn't.

Liability
Tattooing and piercing carry inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, to the extent the law allows.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma.

What We Collect
- Your name, phone number, email, and date of birth.
- A copy of your ID and the health information on your consent forms, which Oklahoma regulations require us to keep.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider. We don't store full card numbers.
- Your email address, if you join our VIP club.
- Basic website analytics and cookies.

How We Use It
- To book appointments, keep the records the law requires, process payments, and contact you about your visit.
- To send VIP club emails, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (booking, payments, email) or when the law requires it, such as health department inspections.

Retention
Consent and client records are kept for as long as Oklahoma law requires. Other information is kept only as long as we need it.
